What to do with 3/4" schedule 40 aluminum pipe? A LOT OF IT
« on: March 13, 2015, 02:46:09 PM »
I have a huge amount of this that we won't need any time soon at work.  I'm thinking I should sell it off to unload the sitting inventory, and to make some money off of it if possible.  I just can't quite figure out what's the best way to move it.  Any suggestions?

Craigslist?

You might also be able to find a "material trader" site for your area.  Our state has one run by the gooberment.

Scrap aluminum is worth around 75 cents/lb.  Just find a recycler in your area.

:( kills me to see perfectly useable raw materials go to the scrap yard. Especially if they do not resell to the public.  It was probably worth 10x that price new...
