We've been working on a big garden.
It won't save a ton of money, but you sure can't beat the quality of food and the convenience of having all of that produce right in the back yard. Lettuce, spinach, green beans, sweet corn, radishes, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers and a few spices all right there. A meal of that stuff alongside some of last falls deer or elk, is pretty darned good living off the land.
