I think it would be a fools game to try and predict anything with this market and Real Estate. If you want to move back to Vegas look into renting or other options. But if you could make that prediction think of how rich you could be.

I'm sure there are still some affordable homes for a decent price, some might require work. Others... if you're planning on staying for 10-15+ years, is todays price even relevant?

If we knew with any certainty when the market would dip, that would already be priced into the current market, and there wouldn't be a dip at all. Hmm.
