Bought this off Marketplace; mostly mastercraft bits, westwood, a few stanley, and some MAC. toolbox is a nice size and has 3 drawers and a top shelf, Beach; canadian brand. What should I ask for this? I've been offered $200.

I wouldn't give you $200 for it because it looks like kind of a mismatched assortment of well worn tools, probably some sizes missing, etc.
Was going to say $100, before I saw you $200 offer. If you don't need them I'd take the $200.

Agreed with the above advice.
Unfortunately for you, $200 will buy you a very comprehensive set of mid-tier tools that covers at least 95% of what you've got there, plus the knowledge that all the right sizes are included.
Heck, I could walk into a hardware store and buy a few sets of box wrenches, a basic socket set, and some misc accessories for less than $200 and have at least 80% of what I'd need to do most jobs.
You might come out slightly ahead selling 'lots' of that collection - try and bundle 5-8 wrenches (common size, all imperial or metric and not a mix), as complete a set of sockets, a set of extensions, etc. for $5-10 a pop.

Your cat doesn't appear to be impressed...

Unless there is something particularly interesting or old in there, I'd take the $200 and run.
-
To me? Zero. My dad has about 3 of that.

All of those tools are run of the mill box store quality tools, except whatever the MAC pieces are. You might be able to sell those separately for a little premium compared to the rest, but I doubt it would be worth the time.
I'd take $200 if I were selling those tools.
