One who has displayed exquisite financial and lifestyle behavior oneself, and demonstrated superior perception in analyzing others' situations and offering sage advice.

It's either that or someone who has cranked out 500 posts of whatever quality - can't remember which....

As MDM hinted, it's just a silly rank based on post number (in this case 500). Most forums have this feature.

That said, those who've stuck around long enough to post that much usually have good things to say...

In my case, I keep moving up the ranks and I can only hope I am getting better  :)

I really enjoy being here and I certainly spend a lot of time on this forum.  Enjoy reading and making little comments here and there.

I rarely offer advice because I just don't think I am there yet.  Plus I am Canadian and most on here are Americans so things are quite different.

They are the coolest posters on the forum:). Actually, they are the ones that need to turn off their computer and get on their bike and live life.

Welcome to the forums. It is kind of like the hotel California, you are sucked in.

Huh, I always thought it was a male Mustachian who spoke Spanish...
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.
I (rarely) blog at AdventuringAlong.com. Check out the Now page to see what I'm up to currently.
