Primarily interested in folks who buy groceries or dine out rather than those who are growing food on a homestead or something

User APowers has a thread chronicling his $200/mo grocery spending for a family of 4: https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/share-your-badassity/have-a-sub-$200month-grocery-budget/

The diet is not for everyone, but it's inspiring. I, for one, am very impressed with his ability to shop sales and stick to really low threshold prices for buying most things.

+1 for APowers' thread.  I eat very differently than he and and his family does, but have still learned a bunch.  Very impressed also with his willingness to carefully document his approach and share it with others.

This woman does grow a fair amount of produce, but she also has a lot on shopping in season, sales, and bulk, and I've enjoyed several of her recipes as well.
