Why would a person tip the pizza delivery guy who spent ten minutes driving to their house - and not the fellow who spent hours inside their house , crawling on the floor, getting dirty, setting up ductwork, figuring out the wiring, setting in place a few hundred pounds of equiptment, hopefully following applicable safety guidelines, on a system that will bring them heat and hot water for many years in the future, and costs a couple thousand dollars.
Yeah i suppose, you know, the pizza guy had to find the house in the dark, so lets tip him $3 on a $20 pizza , but nothing to the guy who installed a $5000 system. sarcasm.
This is just a general rant, not necessarily to nereos' situation, as the system apparently worked fine for 5 weeks before the 1st issue.
