Title: Wahl loud Vibrating Noise

Have a wahl for cutting hair that is making a loud noise.  I have adjust it to stop making loud noise but its not cutting  hair.  Any tip on what to do?

My guess is that you need to oil the blade.  If you've never done that since you bought them, that should fix both issues.
