Thank you again to everyone who shared helpful advice back in February when I was offered a big raise to do work that would've been quite stressful for me. Luckily, they lowered the amount of raise which made it easy for me to say no.
Now for the the good news. I'm being offered an excellent raise to take on some additional tasks that I'll enjoy while getting drop some I don't like. (And no need to supervise anyone.)
Best of all is that it'll speed up my progress to FIRE!
