This road bike look decent?

It's $50. Says it's in fine shape. I won't be using this for work commute for a long reason, but am willing to commit to using a bike for say groceries and the library and local places. Should this be sufficient? I think I can get $40.

The chain looks a bit rusty, but it's hard to tell from the one picture- they should have included photos of the brakes, gears and cables. If you know anyone who knows something about bikes, I'd ask them if they can come along and help you look at it- both for safety and a second opinion.

Lol I bought it for $40. It seems to run fine. Guess time will tell. Probably too quick of a decision but wanted to try biking around to local places w out paying a ton.
