Transactions in Personal Capital
« on: August 05, 2015, 01:21:08 PM »
I recently opened a Personal Capital account and I think it's great.

I noticed that at some point it stopped updating the transactions from my checking account (in fact, from all my accounts from that credit union). The last transaction I see is from July 17th.

Other accounts seem to be updating fine.

Does anyone else have a similar issue?

I have 1 account that I have to manually click to update, then enter a texted security code from my phone to update, every time.

Try clicking just to the left of the account name and it should try and refresh.

If that doesn't do it, you can create a support ticket (top right) and they will try and resolve it.

Thanks. The weird thing is the accounts report their balances correctly. So, I don't see that red bang that says there is a problem connecting to the financial institution. It's just that the transactions don't show up. Maybe I'll remove the accounts and add them back.
In the mean time I wrote to their help address.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
