Has anyone tried this website? https://thrivemarket.com/ (https://thrivemarket.com/)
I'm curious if there is anyone here who has tried it and what they thought. I realize I could just sign up for the free month, but I don't really want to bother if people have had bad experiences; prices aren't that good; or the selection is low.
I would love to be able to order groceries to my door, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find anything in my area that is price comparable to shopping.

I have not used the service, but I don't think I will and put to the point, I'd advise you not to because:
1. Evidently you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave, viz

2. Getting a discount, even a substantial one, on already eye-watering luxury grocery prices isn't my idea of a bargain. You may feel differently about that.

The comments do not seem very positive.
I definitely do not come to Mustachian levels on groceries. I enjoy a low carb diet, as my body is extremely carb sensitive. So I do keep a stock of almond flour or other varieties of foods. But probably not enough for it to overcome Costco prices and my time.

It's not a cheap service compared to Costco, but as others have said a lot of us have sensitive dietary needs. That's not something you can really skimp on and within that context, Thrive Market can make sense. Here is our review of thrive market:

My daughter has special dietary needs so I know the costs for many of these products and I cannot see any significant savings to offset the $59.95 annual membership fee. As far as convenience, luckily, there are many other options online to purchase these products, often for less money (and hassle). There are over 324 complaints

I did the free month, and liked what I got -- but is it worth the membership -- no way!
They took over from Abe's Market -- which I really liked. It didn't require a membership fee and a few times a year (usually when they had sales) I would order a few specialty items at good prices.
They charged me even though I had cancelled my membership, but reversed the charge right away when I complained. That said, I still get emails from them all the time, and that is annoying.

fyi, you can talk them down on the annual fee, I did. You can do the free membership, see if you find it useful, and if you do, tell them you are going to cancel because you can't see spending the money on the annual fee...they will drop the fee and perhaps to a level you will find makes it worth it for you. If the fee doesn't drop enough, then just don't sign up for membership. I started with them because they had a big discount on first order. I don't live near a Costco, so these kinds of online stores offer some products I like at a discount.
