There are notably lower prices on a small number of items (e.g. 85% ground beef dropped by two or three dollars a pound), but most things have stayed the same. If those items happen to be staples for you, it might make a difference. I haven't done a really thorough comparison, but the things I noticed were lowered tended to be fairly high-priced/over-priced to begin with (meat, organic fruit, etc.). I generally shop there for items that are already cheap/competitive (frozen veg, butter, cheese, bread, etc.), so I haven't noticed a difference at the register.
