I need to get estimates for termite damage repair for my mother's house in WV. We're trying to determine if part or all of the house is worth repairing.

The original 2 story structure is over 100 yrs old and there is still bark on the logs forming part of the framing that's visible in the crawlspace. The logs sat on stone piers, and then a foundation was built in between the piers about 20 years ago. A floor joist has broken in half under the kitchen (they're 24"oc instead of 16") and the floor has dipped. The framing underneath is a mix of 100 yrs old and around 20 yrs old from a remodel.

The flooring issues don't have me panicked, as I can wrap my head around how that could be repaired/replaced (even the entire subfloor and damaged floor joists), but there is a wall that appears to have shifted outwards (there's a gap an inch or so wide where the tile meets the wall for about 15' or 20'). The sill plate looks like is has not moved when you look from the crawlspace, so I'm afraid the wall itself is toast.

There is a single story rear addition/garage on a slab that is newer and appears in better condition. Considering repairing whole house, tearing down front and making back into a small house, tearing it all down and getting a mobile. She's in her 70's and on a fixed income and I'm not FIRE, so this limits my options.
