Personal capital issues
« on: August 27, 2019, 01:18:46 PM »
Hi: I started using this app to track finances back in June 2018. I love it. Then on June 15 of this year it failed to download from my regional bank. No issues prior. I notified my bank and they said no changes on their end. I contacted PC and they looked into it but never let me know any issues. They only thing I can think of it they were trying hard to get me to do a personal consultation which never happened at about the same time it stopped working. Still not downloading from the bank but all other account downloads still working. Any ideas?

I stopped using it a couple months ago. It seems that at least once per month, some account would stop updating, and refreshing wouldn't do anything.

All of my stuff can be accessed by going to five websites, three of which I can view with the touch of a thumb, so PC just isn't worth the hassle to me.

I kept updating the ones that did not connect, and eventually they all work again.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
