Finding and calculating PMI rates

It's easy to find todays average mortgage rate on bankrate and places like that. Is there a resource to find daily PMI rates to use in my calculations? I found something like this on a banks site but I can't really understand the chart: http://mortgageinsurance.genworth.com/pdfs/Rates/100018.Monthly.BPMI.LPMI.0914.pdf
What does coverage and exposure mean in this context? I would imagine there is just one row for credit score vs. LTV
