Thursday, my wife gets the phone call that she is being offered a job in the biggest OR's in our area (nurse).
Today, my new VP called me into his office and promoted me but didn't have all the details other than "salary will go up and you will get a bonus".
I am an "Analyst" level employee. I can either get promoted to Sr. Analyst or Manager.
Im not going to negotiate the number.
What number should I be happy with if I go to Sr Analyst or Manager?
I know Manager has a 10% bonus. I make $70k + no bonus now. I've worked here 7 months. Do you think I should be bonused this year? Bonus pays out late Feb/Mar
