So I know many people here use hsabank or others that link to TD Ameritrade  and invest their HSAs through them.  But frankly the costs of many of those affiliates suck (or you have to leave a ton of cash in them).  So why not ask TD Ameritrade  to open their own?  So I did and was told if they got enough interest they would so anyone want to ask:
The contact info is TD Ameritrade PO Box 2760 Omaha NE 68103

Cuz this way, TD gets the benefit of the investment dollars, but none of the hassles of following some governmental program who's rules change every year.  And chances are, if TD were to run their own program, their costs passed on would probably also suck.

The arrangement works fine for me -anything over $2000 in cash gets swept into TD. I put it in VTI, I can still pay bills out of the HSA.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
