Snow biking with a trailer?

Here in Denver, it stopped snowing a few days ago, but the side streets have not been plowed. I have a hybrid bike with regular tires and I pull a trailer full of preschoolers. Can I ride my bike tomorrow, or should I wait until I can get studded tires? Would I be able to bike with a trailer if I DID have studded tires on just the bike? Should I put zip ties on the trailer tires so they have better traction, too, or would that be overkill? (Can't use zip ties on my bike tires as I have rim brakes.)

So tired of driving. Hate driving. Please advise me how to get back on my bike!

I would get studded tires.  I've tried riding a commuter with hybrid type tires in snow, and it usually ended with me skidding out sideways and falling over.  I just bought some studded tires, and the bike shop told me they had worked for them pulling trailers on their bikes. 

I've also found with winter biking (previous winter biking has been with an old mountain bike with knobby tires but no studs) that simply biking much much slower is key so I have time to stop on the slippery snow.
