Small sources of side income (online)?
« on: February 19, 2014, 05:20:38 PM »
Hi guys,
The way my current job is set up, I get about 4-5 hours of break per day. I try to go to the gym, but even so I still have 2+ hours of free time, which I've been "wasting" on the internet. It occured to me that there might be some kind of transcibing/survey filling/whatever work that I could do in my spare time, that might net me a few dollars a day. Does anybody here have any success with anything like this? It looks like perhaps http://www.postloop.com might be worth a shot..does anyone have any experience with it?
Thanks! :)
Griffin

A few years ago (around 2005 or 2006?) my husband did some part-time work for WiseGeek writing articles. The pay was low, but it was something to bring in a few extra bucks in his spare time.

I did Kgb for a bit while I was in college.  It was much bigger before smartphones became the standard.  I think they still exist, but basically all you do is google questions.  I would make around $12/hr, but I could mostly do it while studying or watching tv.  If I was more motivated I could have probably made $20/hr.

If you like making designs to put on items you can make yourself a niche store or stores on cafepress dazzle or the like. Income will vary.

I get about $5-10/month in amazon gift cards from swagbucks and spend about 5-10 minutes a day on it.

Taekvideo - do you have any recommendations for which companies you can work for with online tutoring?  That sounds like the perfect solution for me right now...
