I saw something recently about writing to companies about products you like and enjoy, sharing your praise and subtly asking for vouchers/coupons/samples. I googled it a bit to do a little more research but still have a couple questions. Has anyone has any success with this? If so, how did you go about doing this?
I know under the 'contact us' tab lots of webpages have a 'send us your comment/complaint' section where you fill in all the boxes. Is it more effective to write something in here, or to find an email address (like from the BBB) and send an actual email? What worked for you?
