Title: resistance bands / resistance tubing recommendations?

Anyone have nice durable brands to recommend, or clever ways to hack up a substitute? I wince at the thought of spending twenty or thirty bucks on a set of giant rubber bands.

therabands. can get tubing or the flats bands. i like the bands better. got mine cheap on ebay. if you get a roll you can just cut them to size.
