Hi Bigskyrookie
You've just listed a crapload of potential options and a broad "what should I invest in" - I suspect that's why you've had 0 responses so far.
to start the discussion, you should first decide what you want your "Asset Allocation" (AA) to be. This is a very personal choice and depends on things like your investing time-line, your risk tolerance (can you stomach periodic 20-30% drops in exchange for 20-30% surges, or do you like something a bit less volatile).
Fees are very important, and you provided no information on what the fees are for each of these options.
Answer those questions and we might be able to offer more suggestions.
One observation - under your current 403(b) you seem heavily invested in foreign and small cap markets. I susept several of those funds have very high fees. I am a big fan of more simplicity, low fees, and broad-market index funds (like an SP500 fund or a total market fund).
Good to hear you are looking into these thingds in your mid20s - you are already ahead of the pack.
