Title: Reaching Out to Mods?

I tried sending a quick note to arebelspy today, but the page basically refreshes itself and I'm not quite sure if it sent (nothing in my sent mailbox, so I'm assuming it didn't). Has anyone else struggled with private messages? I'm using Chrome.
