Quick Question about Chase/SW card, 5/24

I got a mailed offer for the Chase Southwest card. Will this bypass 5/24?

No, the only offers that seem to bypass 5/24 are the "Selected for You" offers that can show up in your Chase account.  I never seem to get any of those, but Doctor of Credit is always posted data points of people getting them.
