For years I have been using New Balance 9XX running shoes with superfeet insoles as my work shoes. I am on my feet for 8 hours a day minimum and have found this combo provides all day comfort. They used to last at least one year of daily use, but in the last few years I have found they lose their comfort after as little as 6 months and need to be replaced. The shoes and insoles cost over 100 dollars so I am not particularly happy about replacing them twice a year. I have tried cheaper shoes but find they are not nearly as comfortable even with insoles. Any recommendations for comfortable, supportive sneakers that will end up costing less then 200 dollars a year?
