How to add a new real estate property to an existing living trust?

We established a living trust last year. Recently we acquired some real estate. How do I add this new property to the living trust? Is this something I can do myself? If so, any pointers? Google search returns results for establishing a living trust but not amending one.

We have done this by having the ownership of the property be the trust itself at the time of purchase. This may be worth a few dollars to speak with a RE attorney in your state for a specific and reliable answer.
