Presentation for Employer on the Merits of Switching to Vanguard

I made a PowerPoint that I'll be presenting to the higher ups at my workplace in order to persuade them to switch our 403(b) from Mutual of America to Vanguard. Anyone have any edits they'd recommend or anything I should add? There are a few extra slides I left off that have to do with the costs to the employer of using a TPA but I'm just looking for feedback on these first few slides. Thanks in advance!

Slides 1, 3 and 4 look good.

I wouldn't use the "16 fund" item on slide 2 because I'd want everything in the presentation to show that lower fees are better, and not have anything that indicates "eh, no difference - let's stay with MoA."

But that's just one person perspective...good luck!
