+1 to the kale salad, rotisserie chicken, terriyaki chicken bowls, and veggie lasagna.
For frozen food, the orange chicken is also good, and they have some breakfasts like waffles and pancakes that are pretty good too. Since you have kiddos, they'll love the bucket of cookie dough that lets you scoop and bake only as many as you want at a time.
They also have babybel cheeses and granola bars that are good snacks, healthyish popcorn, and baked peas. Ours also has name-brand bagels in 6-packs.
While it won't last as long as frozen food, the turkey/cheese roll-ups, chicken parm, chicken alfredo, and other premade refrigerated meals and a veggie tray with dip will probably keep in your fridge for a week or so.
