Title: Personal Capital not working properly
Post by: Izybat on June 14, 2017, 05:07:10 PM
Does anyone use Personal Capital and, more importantly, does it work correctly for you?

I've added my accounts to it, and it's pulling all the balances correctly, but for one account I have with Capital One 360 it's not pulling the transaction log. So, the balance is displaying correctly, but the most recent transaction it shows is from March (rather than today). I've had problems with this particular account before, about four years ago, when Quicken refused to pull any data from it at all. I had to stop using quicken as this is my husband's primary account. Every other account from the same bank (we have three there) pulls just fine.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Anyone know what I need to do to fix it?

I had a problem like this with chase. Just deleted and re-added, and it fixed it.
