Title: Peanut butter

Can any Mustachians' tell me what the best type of peanut is for making peanut butter at home?

I didn't even know there were that many types of peanuts.

Me neither. I just use peanuts. I didn't know there was a variety.

Although personally I prefer almond butter when I'm making it myself. You have to add quite a bit of oil (in my experience) to get peanut butter to work out. Other nuts don't require any oil.
