I've recently joined the cash back bandwagon using my credit card that I pay off each month using online bill-pay from my bank (which also provides cash back). I pay my ex quite a bit in child support each month, and if possible, would like to get cash back by putting that on my credit card. How feasible is that?

I believe paypal charges a surcharge if you use a credit card, so i don't think that is an option.
If it was, i might consider skipping paying someone else, and just pay myself monthly, between 2 paypal accounts.

I think the donate option is fee-less, so maybe that would work. :)

yea, sending money to a friend is free from a linked bank account, but there is a 2.9% fee plus $0.30 charge per transaction if you use a credit card or debit card.
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees (https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees)
so unless your rewards are higher then 2.9%, paypal is not a profitable option.

Amazon payments allows you to send up to $1000 a month via credit card "fee free"
Both you and your recipient need to have your bank accounts liked to amazon payments in order to send > $500 at a time I belive.

They're getting rid of that next week (https://payments.amazon.com/help/81220). Better hurry!

Do you have an AmEx Serve account?
You can load up to $1k per month from a credit card ($200/day up to $1000/month).
Then, either BillPay from Serve or send to the ex through her Serve account. Both methods are free.
Of course, even if you don't have a payment to make, you can still churn $1k/month on your cc.
