When I look at the reminders in Quickbooks, I see 2600+ invoices that need to be printed. I want to clean this up, so I open one of the old invoices (from 2007, say) and I see that the "Print Later" check box is checked. If I uncheck it, I get a nasty error, "The modification will affect transactions from closed periods and could also affect previous financial reports." It wants me to enter a password to continue, which I have, but I'm hesitant to enter it.
Is there any way to clear these "Print Later" boxes safely?
