Note taking on an iPhone

Hi everyone,
What apps do you use for taking notes on your iPhones? (I am seeking an alternative to the built in Notes app). Thanks!

I am happy with evernote, it also easily integrates with multiple computers and devices. You can organize notes into specific notebooks, you can add pictures and reminders, hand writing.

I actually use it with my android phone (wireless republic), my Ipad, work laptop and home desktop, so far it has been seamless. The search function works well and is very handy. I have a coworker (electrical supervisor in a steel mill) who takes all of his notes with Evernote on his iPhone with a bluetooth keyboard during the day and for meetings ect.

In what situations do you take notes? Provide some information on your use-case, and I'll give you some recommendations.

Are you looking to "handwrite" notes, or type them?
