I'm pretty skeptical. 

Also, an average pint contains 150 calories... so you would be drinking 900 calories a day.  That can't possibly be good.  He actually says up to 10.5 pints for a man- ok, getting 1500 calories per day from beer- seems right. 

Also, if you don't count your liver as part of your "health", I think you are good to go.
