Non-US cfiresim
« on: May 17, 2015, 07:53:56 PM »
It seems like all the portfolio success calculators I've seen are run using historical US market data.

Buuuut, my understanding is that the US stock market is one of if not the best performing markets globally over the past century.

Are there any tools out there that are run using, say Japanese historical market data (always mentioned as an example of stagnant growth), or even random ones.... Australian, Danish, Canadian? Seeing how my stash would do in average global markets throughout history as well as the US would give me a lot more confidence in case the US performance has been an outlier.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
