Calcium choices for those who do not consume dairy products include:
Calcium-fortified juices, cereals, breads, rice milk, or almond milk.
Canned fish (sardines, salmon with bones) soybeans and other soy products (tofu made with calcium sulfate, soy yogurt, tempeh), some other beans, and some leafy greens (collard and turnip greens, kale, bok choy).

7 years ago, I stopped eating dairy. Best choice, ever. Julie has it right.

Also, you need magnesium to process calcium. Here's a list of magnesium rich foods:

dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds, fish, beans, whole grains, avocados, yogurt, bananas, dried fruit, dark chocolate

Cool thing is, there is a lot of crossover between the calcium and magnesium lists.

We have been eating like this for a long time. Our kids eat like this and they pass their dental and well-child exams with flying colors. Please know, YOU DO NOT NEED DAIRY IN YOUR DIET. I'm not demonizing it, just passing along information that runs counter to what we were told as kids.

I became virulently allergic to dairy products about 5 years ago. No matter the mammal, it makes me puke.

No signs of calcium deficiencies yet. Like others have listed, I eat a lot of dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and fish, avocados. I also supplement calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D.

If you're asking about calcium due to bone health, there's some concern that soda, or possibly carbonation can leech calcium from the body. Here's a Scientific American article saying the evidence is not robust, but you can choose your own conclusion.

I loooove sardines and anchovies.  I also don't pick out tiny bones from fresh fish fillets either.

I've heard some people grind up cleaned/pasteurized eggshells and put it in food or capsules, but I don 't think that's necessary compared to other ways of getting calcium.
