Title: Netspend and Insight Federal Tax ID

Both Insight and Netspend failed to send me a 1099INT. I've contacted both to ask for a replacement and neither of them have shown up.

I can just add up how much interest they both paid me and use that right?
If so, I need something for the Federal Tax ID for them, is that something others will have and can share?

Netspend actually comes from Metabank. Here's the relevant info:
