My cabin is in an area with relatively poor cell service, like one bar on my Verizon phone. Tough to make a call without walking around the property to the perfect spot, texts will usually work.
Reading about these cell signal boosters where you put an antenna on the roof, then run a wire from antenna to an inside amplifier and indoor antenna to give you decent phone service inside the cabin.
Ever try one of these?
They get some decent buyer reviews. Cost in the $3-400 range and look easy to install.
Thanks!
