Title: Need a bit of help with Vanguard

So im in Mexico and things are a bit different here even down to the name.. can some somd one tell me with are:

Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund
Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund
Vanguard Total Bond Market Fund

For Mexico.. im looking at this site: https://www.vanguardmexico.com/institutional/mexico/home.htm#us-stocks (https://www.vanguardmexico.com/institutional/mexico/home.htm#us-stocks).

Actually I dont even know if the 3 fund portfolio is even available with those specifics... Any help?

Looks like only ETFs are available, based on the page you linked. The page has the word "institutional" in the web address, and it talks about "qualified investors." Not sure just anyone can use Vanguard from Mexico.
