I like the concept of a retirement account that stays with me even if I change employers. I hate that it's the Feds :( anyone have any light to shed on myRA.gov?.

The contribution limit is combined with your IRA contributions, so just go with IRA.

Just go with Vanguard for your IRA. You can keep it there regardless of how often you change jobs--or don't have a job. And there are more fund choices.
