Never heard of them till now.
Not a practical vehicle if you have kids. I rarely drive with fewer than three people in the car, often it's 4 or 5. But if you only drive alone and have to have a car, this seems like it could be an economical choice.

I agree - impractical for a family.
We're a DINK couple (my kids are both adults), so this might not be a bad option for us when/if we have to replace one of our current cars.

Not in my case... ground clearance of less than 6", would never make it to my property. Also probably doesn't handle snow/ice well. I have no desire for a seasonal "car".

There are some companies that do this concept better. Have you read gizmag/new atlas? They constantly review these kinds of cars. For me, I think its interesting to have all these new fangled cars, but at the end of the day what I care about is improvements in infrastructure. I would love a path to my job where I could feel safe driving one of these things.
