I was watching that new show "The Finder" Friday night and recognized the main character as a Mustachian badass. No wonder I enjoy the show!
Then yesterday I heard an old song on the radio that struck me a Mustachian theme song, "Taking Care of Business" by Randy Bachman:

I love that show! TV is one of those anti-mustachian things I just can't get rid of. I can definitely get rid of cable, but I need hulu/netflix for my TV fix.....and Walter from The Finder is definitely mustachian!

Yup Pandora all the way for me too.
I use it all the time, everywhere. It is a very Zen way to experience music. You get to hear the type and style of music you want, but since you cannot pick a specific track/artist, you never have to think about it. It is very simplifying.

Does the paid version of Pandora have ads in it? I've stopped using the free version because I can't stand the commercials anymore.
Reducing my exposure to advertising has been very liberating.

Paid version has no ads at all, absolutely none. It also has higher quality audio (192kbps, I believe), and basically unlimited skips (I've never hit the limit).
To me it is totally worth $36/year. I have it on close to 12 hours per day and I have not otherwise spent any money whatsoever on music in 5+ years.
I discover new music via Pandora as a pleasant surprise when something plays (like hey, I didn't know this group had a new album) since I don't listen to the radio, hence never hear any ads, lol.

They're built into the radio stream, like commercials on a regular radio station. The way you block them is paying the subscription fee.

edit: 10 seconds of googling turned up a magic chrome extension that just saved me $36/year. I'll report back in a few days on how well it actually works.

I leave it as an exercise to the reader to determine how to do so, or if doing so is within their ethics.
I'm merely pointing out that the arbitrary limitations like "only skip X tracks per hour" and "must listen to ads" are easily circumvented, if one is interested.
FWIW, if you use it a significant amount, I believe you should support it. $36/yr ($3/mo) isn't that much.
