Title: Moving back to Denver area to pursue masters need cheap, nice housing advice!

Hello!

I am moving back to the Denver area this August to pursue my masters. I really need to keep cost down as I already have debt from my undergrad degree and would appreciate any input/suggestions on some good low cost (nicer) areas and housing options close to downtown Denver or at least within 15-20 minutes.
