Is anyone experiencing unusual challenges getting through to Fidelity?

Usually, I receive good client service and prompt response to inquiries. Emails to them are bouncing back saying they have server issues and suggesting to try back later. Calling them results in a very long wait "on hold." I gave up after almost 25 minutes. They have a new call-back feature where you submit your phone number to have a representative call you back directly.

I submitted my number and received a call back immediately ---- from a machine with a recorded message, similar to the wait message (and crappy Muzak loop) experienced earlier. I traded yesterday, did a transfer and the transfer has not been received, and it's not indicated anywhere on my Fidelity account.

FWIW, my access is working fine, but I haven't done any trades/transfers in the last couple days.

I called yesterday and gave up after being on hold for a half hour.  I was planning on trying again today.  I thought maybe they get overloaded at the end of the year.
