Title: Modifying Cafeteria/Section 125 Plan to Allow Employer Contributions
Post by: legalstache on December 03, 2018, 03:58:22 PM
My company currently has a premium only cafeteria plan. The company also offers high deductible health plans and HSAs, but doesn't offer the option of doing employer contributions to the HSA.

Does anyone know what would be required to modify the company's current cafeteria plan to allow for employer HSA contributions? Is this as easy as adding a few sections to the current plan, or is significantly more required? The info I've found online so far hasn't been very helpful, so any help is appreciated.
