So I sort of stopped looking at Mint for the past 9 months (I had a baby!) and recently just logged in again. Mysteriously, I have no information in there from before May 2016. Data just starts in June for no reason I can think of. I did not reconnect around that time--that's actually right around when I stopped logging on regularly.
I've been using Mint since at least 2014. Shouldn't everything just stay in my account indefinitely? There are ZERO transactions for 2015 or 2014. I emailed Mint customer service last week but didn't get any reply.
I normally use Mint to total all my expenses for tax purposes (we filed an extension so I'm just now starting) so if I can't recover that info, I have to comb through my credit card statements and add everything manually :(
Any ideas? Anyone else experience this?
