Try putting some in a stir-fry or some other dish incorporating soy sauce. Just cube it up.
It would also be good in my favorite lazy dish, which is a can of crushed pineapple, 2 cups couscous (cooked), cubed ham, and soy sauce. This can all be prepared on the stovetop or in a microwave for true laziness.
It wouldn't be bad in fried potatoes, for that matter, especially if you add hot sauce. But I'm a Southerner; you have to like fried potatoes first.
