Man, that looks delicious.

 I just ate a Thai type salad with chicken tonight. Sweet/hot dressing.

I actually think I'd be perfectly fine eating salad for 3/4ers of my meals forever (or until I can't chew well enough for crunchy stuff). Actually, I probably eat salad for about 1/3 of my meals as it is.  Need to up my game.
