Title: low interest personal loan?
Post by: k-vette on January 02, 2015, 08:49:02 PM
Anyone have suggestions on where to get a small (less than 10k) low interest loan?  Ive been researching cars, and have some ideas on how to improve our efficiency.   Both cost of car, and better mpg.

I dont have the cash to buy a second car, so i need some short term cash to buy a used car, then sell what we have.  Once its sold ill pay off the loan.

Any suggestions?  Realistically I could borrow interest free from family, but I don't like to do that.  Figured somewhere here would have a suggestion.

If the car isn't too old (like more than 10-15 years) you might want to check with your bank or credit union about just getting an auto loan.  I got an $8K auto loan with Navy Federal (I'm in the military) for a 2008 Honda Fit at an APR of less than 2%.  I paid it off in about two months.
